Am I required to wear a face mask while having my hair braided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, due to ongoing COVID-19 safety mandates in Fulton County- All patrons over the age of 10 must wear a face mask or face covering for the duration of their service. No exceptions will be made. Failure to present to your appointment with a face maks or covering, may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of your deposit if a mask is not obtained in a timely manner.

If I am late will I lose my deposit?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment. In the event that our stylist take you as a patron outside of your appointment time, you will be required to pay for your desired style in full. No exceptions will be made. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are seated by your appointment time.

How can I cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.  Upon cancellation you may reschedule your appointment, with your deposit in tact. Please be prepared to provide your appointment confirmation number.

Do I need to bring my own hair?

Accepted Answer

All styles include braiding or twisting hair. All prices include hair. For special styles that require hair that we do not stock, please get clearance in advance. All style prices are final and will not be reduced with the provision of your own hair.
